Combat Robotics: Build & Battle — Grades 7+

Combat Robotics: Build & Battle is an action-packed three-day camp where students learn the fundamentals of combat robotics by assembling their very own 1-lb fighting robot from the ground up. Working in a structured, safety-focused environment, students will learn how combat robots are physically built from drivetrains and electronics to armor and structural components. The camp wraps up with a tournament-style battle where students put their newly built robots to the ultimate test. No experience is necessary, just come ready to build!

Students will:

• Learn how to assemble a 1-lb combat robot structure

• Build drivetrains and install motors and electronics

• Learn wiring, mounting, and basic fabrication techniques

• Practice safe tool use and electronics handling
